My fairy doors and windows can be installed indoors or out and provide a portal to comfort and security for the Wee Ones around your home or apartment. Simply lean a door against a tree or rock, place it on a bookshelf, hang it on a wall or set it against a baseboard and – Voila! – you have an instant Wee home.

Each door and window is handmade from solid knotty pine, hand-painted and stained, then coated with a clear semi-gloss lacquer to protect it from the elements. The hinges are hand-cut from copper sheeting which I then distress and paint to match the antiqued brass handles. The door and frame are separate pieces, but please note that the DOOR DOES NOT OPEN! This doesn’t bother the Wee one bit since they use magic to come and go.

The windows are made from a solid piece of knotty pine and are painted and stained to match the door. The window/shutter details are burned into the wood using pyrographic techniques and a brass hanger is installed on the back of each.

The door and windows are signed and dated on the back by yours truly.
